We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any more. He said he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have one more woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
