Cohabitation Woman

A lady known as the agency asking for our guidance. She told us that she had left her husband, youngsters along with the family members property because of his constant philandering. She was fairly distraught by the scenario. She didn't want to leave the young children but she could not afford to take them with her just before she divorced her husband. He was not violent but he was really abusive and shouted at her a lot. The couple had been separated for around four months and in that time our client had located out that he had moved one more woman in.

Our client was very worried about her case because she was the 1 that left. Her solicitor had reassured her that she would get the young children and he would have to pay upkeep to her along with the youngsters as soon as the divorce had gone via. Our client had heard other stories that contradicted the solicitor’s story. We had a discussion with her and suggested that it would be a great notion to put covert cameras outside the residence so we could monitor the movements of the other woman to see if she was living at the family property.

We left the cameras outside the house for two weeks. We had plenty of evidence that the other woman was living there. She parked her automobile on the drive and utilized a key to obtain in. She was there on her own for a number of the time. Our client took this evidence to her solicitor who told her she had sufficient to prove adultery. Our client then got herself moved back into the household property with all the kids and her husband began to pay maintenance. It turned out that her husband had only been seeing this one woman and he wanted to live with her.
